News and Announcements
Hello everyone and welcome to our web site. Please take a moment to explore our site and and become familiar with all that it has to offer.
Cairo Animal Hospital is proud to announce that we have recently been acquired by VCA Animal Hospitals. VCA is a network of more than 520 animal hospitals in 41 states across the nation. This change will enable us to provide you, our clients, with greater resources while allowing us to continue to provide the highest quality care available for your animals. What will this change mean for you? We will still be offering you the same services, with the same high quality we have always maintained. However we will now have access to resources and specialists in the greater network of VCA hospitals. Our staff will largely remain the same, although Dr. Shechter and Dr. Bannow have decided to pursue other endeavors at this time. We wish them all the best.
We now have our own OnlineStore. You will be able to purchase prescription diet foods, flea, tick and heartworm preventatives and dietary supplements that will be delivered right to your door.
We are located at 1170 Park Avenue West , across the street from Highland Park Country Club and next to Wolter's Field. We have ample parking with a drive up pharmacy!!!
We would like to thank all of our clients for your business, we could not be here without all of your continued support and loyalty to our practice.
We look forward to seeing all of you,
The Staff @ Cairo Animal Hospital
